Prabha was a great friend & spiritual sister to me. In 1989 we met in New York City at SIMS where Prabha worked as a Chef. Every Friday she would make Trini food. I was working for the Riese Organización in NYC that had over 300 restaurants in NYC as the Administrative Assist to the VP of Operations & could eat from any of Riese’s 300 restaurants but i could not resist Prabha’s Trini cooking. It is a long but interesting story how we actually met in person. It is even more interesting how she left SIMS & started working for Riese Pizza Hut & Nathan’s restaurant. More importantly it was a blessing that she then moved to the house I was renting & became my dear friend/Spiritual Sister/personal Chef & part-time babysitter to my daughter Sushma. We became family by choice. Over the years We net each other’s damily & our friendship grew. Prabha became friends with ny sisters especially ShriMattee & I became friends with her sister Darosh. Prabha was a jolly friendly person, she had many other great friends like Ann a Boodram & many others. She also has a lot of beautiful family in Trinidad whom she loves dearly. She would often speak their names some I’ll always remember - Anil, , Vishnu, Roshan, Shobha, Kavish, & Renuka in Canada, - Parvati, Nadeem & Jatin in India, - Ronald, Dada, Shirley in England and in New York Nalini, Nisha, & others! The light if Prabha’s life is her one & only child, her Son SATISH who means the World to her! She would dream & could not wait to reunite with SATISH & bring him to the USA fir a better life. She made a lot of sacrifice & worked diligently to make this dream a success. I could write a book about Prabha but I’ll end here. Our deepest condolences to SATISH & all the family. May her Atman find moksha- eternal liberation. Raam Naam Satya Hai! Aum Sadagatti Aum

Sincere condolences to Satish (son) krishna (brother) and to aunt Dolly and all cousins in Trinidasd & Tobago / US / Canada. May Prabha s soul make a smooth transition. Healing light and love energy going out to the soul and to those who loved her. Prabha has been very dear to me and my family even though we never got the opportunity to meet often due to our living locations and geographical distance. But we were in touch on the phone always. She would follow all current affairs topics and hold strong intuitive views on the same be them political or otherwise. Prabha was a hard worker and did everything to ensure she looks after her son. She cared for the ailing and would go out of her way beyond her duties to assist her patients. We shared a soul connection. She was far from conventional and was always able to transcend all barriers effortlessly, with anyone of any walk of life. She was always positive and strong in the face of all challenges that came her way. My husband Nadeem was extremely fond of prabha for her innate sense of humor and friendly way of life and her earthy, special style and brand of communication always worked wonders. My family and I love you prabs and remember the fun moments we shared during our visits to NY. I just wish I was able to be there to help take care of you in your time of need. This hurts me deeply? When we last spoke just about 10 days ago I broke down on the phone on realizing the extent of your medical deterioration. And you said over and over : dont cry...whatever has to happen will happen '. I prayed for you prabs and was hurting every day deeply,as I couldn't be there to take care of you when it was most needed. But...I will always remember you as a courageous self made woman ...and I know you are only a thought away from my heart. On behalf of my family and myself I bid you goodbye on your final stage of your physical journey. I pray you will have a much much better incarnation soon and live a happy earthly experience. Tons of love to you prabs from Nadeem jatin and paro.????
